📢 WE’RE HIRING | B2B Project Sales – Security Systems
We are looking for a motivated sales professional with experience in CCTV, access control or ELV project sales.
☑ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of B2B security systems project sales experience in Iraq or the Kurdistan Region.
• An established network of system integrators, contractors or consultants in Iraq.
• Proven success in closing projects and tenders, with examples to discuss.
• Solid technical knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, storage, networking basics and VMS.
• Willingness to travel across Iraq, including Baghdad, Basra and other governorates.
• A valid driving licence.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Hikvision product or sales certification (HCSA, HCSP or similar).
• Experience with government or oil & gas procurement and tender documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, electronics or business.
• Experience using CRM systems and Excel-based quotation tools.
• Proficiency in Kurdish, English and Arabic is an advantage.
👤 Personal Qualities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on protecting profit margins.
• Organised, honest and reliable in follow-up.
